restaurant wont work
i built a usual restaurant but first when customers were coming in, they were always dissatisfied because there was no prisoners that were working, but when the prisoners started working noone visited the restaurants. whats causing this and how do i fix it?

there's the issue.
they already got your money so now actually providing you a good gameplay experience is far below secondary.

DLC be bugged beyond belief. Fixes are not coming.
