Can Prisoners watch TV in Bed?

I like to put TVs in every cell to keep my prisoners happy but the description on the TV says they need a place to sit and watch. Does that include beds or just chairs or sofas?

For me it didnt work. They tried to move to a free space in the cell but could find one, and they didnt sit on the bed, so their Recreation need shot up. Just replace them with radios instead, it passively deals with their need.

That sounds kinda lame, but i suppose radios are cheaper than tv sets.

It is lame, but it works and also doesn't take up too much visual space in a cell, so +1 for asthetics.
