How to download DLC?
So a lot of you know about the missing valuations tab bug. A potential workaround is to download the Cleared for Transfer DLC but its not letting me download it.

I click download on the DLC from the store and it just opens the launcher and nothing has been downloaded. If I go into PA properties it shows that the DLC isn't installed and nowhere to be seen.

Right click the game in your library and you can tick the different DLC there but the workaround doesnt work for me. I tried many times

Ive tried this - Cleared for Transfer isnt even an there as an option to tick or untick

I think you need to buy the game to download any dlc. i'm using free trial and can't download it either. any one can confirm this?

I own the game and yeah I don't see how to do that

Go to manage my DLC and make sure it is checked. If not, check it, and it should install automatically, if not restart steam. If you don't own the DLC, it, but is free it would have the download button, if it didn't download automatically after clicking the button, see the above steps.

The DLC is added automatically when you buy it.

this isnt helpful. if i click download it opens the launcher. if i got into properties, then DLC, it isnt even there...

I get exactly the same thing, the launcher opens when I hit download. Is it because I got it when it was free these days?

Then it is added when you either buy the game or add the dlc from it's store page.

No it's not. I'm on a big fix journey for this game, and none of the DLC-s can be installed. The game is f-ed up, doesn't work, can't be played, and I was told that installing the DLC-s might fix it, but I can't. Whenever I click the button, the Paradox plague comes out, and it doesn't do anything.

Did you ever fix this? I have been trying to fix this for years with no luck.
