Exporting Power
I give up. I have it all set up. I have surveillance researched. The power is on and working. I cannot get the export mechanism to gain any power. Just stays at Zero. What am I doing wrong? I'm sure it is something incredibly easy I just don't see.

click on the power export meter

click connect
click on the transformer to connect it to
profit

worth nothing - you don't need anything researched at all and the power export meter doesn't actually need power itself.
