A piece of advice. Don't get excited about the new DLC. If you want, read the comments on here and see how many people are complaining about the bugs. Every update introduces new bugs. The game is currently unplayable. I mean, you can play it, and it'll work, but tons of things are broken.
Paradox are focusing on making money wiht DLCs right now, whether the game works or not. People who don't know this will just buy the DLCs.
