How can you tell that the DLC has been installed successfully?

Hi guys...
just bought the new dlc, and steam then prompted me to INSTALL. i tried to do so, and a steam error popped up, and now the window dissapeared.

so, im not sure if the dlc is installed, or if not, what i have to do to get it. can someone give me any tips?

p.s. when i go to the properties on steam and click DLC, i do see that i have it, but what concerns me is that i saw nothing actually be downloaded once i bought it. id like to know for sure that its installed.

Verify Integrity of the Game Cache in Properties of the game (via steam). If the DLC is missing, this should prompt steam to redownload it.

CrimIns comes with a letter when you start the map. Green puts a leaf on the ToDo list. Island bound puts islands in the build menu and islands in the map select when you start.
