How do I take the criminally insane to the padded cells?
I have 10 empty padded cells (they are recognized as padded cells) and one criminally insane prisoners. He is just standing there, doing nothing. Since he was injure, I could escort him to the infirmary, but I see no possibility to bring him to the padded cells.

Is this happening on its own or do I have to do something?

I have created the padded cells 2 ingame days ago and I don't get any criminally insane prisoners as intakes. Do I have to adjust any settings here or does it take a while?

edit:
I think I have found out why that one specific criminally insane prisoners isn't doing anything:
screenshot
He is waiting for solitary but I have no padded solitary cells.
Can this be the reason? Unfortunately I currently lack funds to try it out.

(still not sure about the "not happening" criminally insame intakes though)

Thanks in advance!

Thank you. Now after I have two orderlies (and reassigned one padded cell to a padded solitary cell), he was escorted and now it works.

Still now idea (after about 5 ingame days) why I don't get any criminally insane intakes.
About the intake: I just realized that on the Reports menu, I need to go to the category intake and on the upper right corner I can edit the ratio of which prisoners I'm going to get. "Criminally Insane" was set to "close". I have changed the ratio and now I got the report that I get 3 criminally insane prisoners.

Also just in case you didn't know if you aren't careful the non criminally insane inmates can become criminally insane if their needs are chronically unmet so be aware of that.
thanks
