Tools and cheat

I noticed when this one is enabled the game still orders stuff like chairs, bed, building materials.
Is there any way to remove them? they are starting to pile up quiet a bit (when it instant build)

I only tried this once, so im not sure how it all works just yet (usally i dont "cheat" i just wanted to give it a try )
