Criminal Negligance

I have come to the point where I have killed too many prisoners and have benn given criminal negligance. I killed 5 prisoners during the one day and have been sent in escape mode at my own prison. I then thought that if you escaped your own prison then you could go back to managing it. However, I escaped it and when I load back into my prison I still have criminal neglagence. Does anyone know how to fix this? Btw sorry if I misspelled negligance but I hope you know what I mean.

When you escape your prison after getting criminal negligence, you don't get to control your prison again.

only if you had a saved file before you did the escape mode

No, you can’t. In the future if you don’t want stuff like that to happen, don’t turn on Failure Conditions.

If you were able to escape your prison, you deserved to no longer be in charge of managing it.



On a serious note, yeah, you'll probably have to start a new prison and be more careful. Basically what karolus said.
