Prisoners stays in reception
When the new prisoners arrives they dont move into a cell, they wait forever in the recepction with free guards, and free cells. If i build a bedroom some of the will go there but no to the cells, any idea about this? Thanks.

Its like it doesnt recognise the cells, only the bedrooms. I tried rebuilding the entire block of cells and it still doesnt works...

What do you mean by "bedrooms"? All cells except solitary require beds.

I dont know how to say but i mean "community rooms" where a lot of prisoners lives srry for muy english

No problem. Do you have the box ticked to use cell quality rating? In the English version it's called "Use Cell quality ratings" and is it's in Policy page of the Reports, at the bottom of the page. Try turning that off if it is currently on. Also, can you post a screen shot of Despliegue? Maybe the area is not secure or is wrong security type.

Everything is ok in Deployment i think (http://prntscr.com/gzf8q5) and i changed the option that you said but it didnt change anything. I tried changing the type of the are to max security etc but the same, no result with the normal cells.

That link is broken for me...
I'd change them all to Shared security just to test. Do you have any mods installed that could be causing a problem?

Are you sure the cell block area is secure (completely surrounded by walls and doors)?

Those are the usual reasons for prisoners not going to the cells. Prisoners waiting for a solitary will cause that problem as well, but you have a LOT of guys waiting in reception, so I doubt that is the case.
