any way to host a server?

I'm from south america, playing in the other servers is causing to many de-syncs

The host already acts as the server, it's a peer to peer connection

The lists are just regional to find other players in those regions advertising to act as hosts

are u sure ? cause if i change regions my ping changes with it, and the lag gets worse.
For exemple, USA west 290 ping, USA east 190.

had already seen that discussion, but still doesn't make sense for me, have a pretty good internet and computer ( usually hosting servers to my friends and I to play even on way more demanding games) but if what your are saying about all hosts being peer to peer why my ping on the players tab change when I change the region ? if i'm the one hosting shouldn't my game be "lag free"? but I get delay when building etc etc...

You make the game, you host the game

If you choose to be public, it's put in a regional view list. If you stay private, people need to know the name of your game to connect.

The only thing you are connected to other than players is the regional game list to advertise your hosting
