How to fix the dead body / hearse not leaving bug

This is a pain in the ass bug which is the reason I stopped playing in 2018, now in 2020 i've noticed its still there.

HOW TO SOLVE
1. Go to Deployment > See no access zones > Unblock those zones (there is probably a prisoner queued to be put on hearse) once found search prisoner to make a guard go to him.

If that doesn't work move to next step.
2. Additional - Reports > Policy > All in solitry no lockdown (as prisoners can get stuck in walls)

If that doesn't work move to next step.
3. Guards move them to hearses. Save game > Hire 50 Guards > Watch if you see 1/2 guards moving prisoners that means current amount of guards you had didn't have time to move them.

If that doesn't work move to next step.
4. Delete zone, then replace zone.
