Psychiatric consultations not happening - no equipment

I can't have psychiatric consultations, despite having made a slot for them, and I have a psychiatrist's office and a psychiatrist, will all the equipment needed and even more. Nevertheless, it keeps saying "no equipment" in the programs session. Anyone got an idea how to solve this?

did you remember to put in a couch, it's not required for the room to be valid, but it is to run the program.

i believe its something to do with them being needed to be escorted. u'd think by an orderly but, it says guards. So now there is so many checks i have to do from whether the psychiatrist officce need to be within the same wing, do we need to have an orderly in or a guard, is there some logistic issue?

I had this earlier. When you correct the issue you have to cancel the programme and click to restart it again - it doesn’t automatically correct itself.

Correct it how? I always have trouble getting this particular program working, and I can never remember what it is I did.
Should they be outside the Psych wing? What deployment setting should I use? Shared?
