game keeps crashing?
so ive built up a decent prison system, its my first one, now after a few days of building my game keeps shutting off. it runs perfect up until it just turns off on me. no lag, no jittering, no warning, just bang.

what can i do? anyone else have this issue and resolve it somehow?

Any mods? What exactly happens before your game crashes? Operating System? (OS) Verified game integrity/cache?

I don't remember ever personally having this issue, but there is quite a bit of potentially useful information above.

yeah im using mods from the community. and i downloaded them and the game here on steam.
im using windows 10 with an i7 8550u 8 gb ram and besides steam nothing else besides the game is running.
the game just crashes. it happens randomly. theres no signs its about to go it just does.

another thing though, i havent changed any settings since i started it, even with the mods, so why would it be happenning now.

and idk what game integrity/cache is.

The game files verification button is usually clicked when you want to ensure your game has all the files it needs to properly run. You can find it by following these simple steps:
Steam Library -> Right click Prison Architect -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Game Integrity

While in-game, try checking your task manager, to see how much resources the game is using. (Usually, Ctrl+Alt+Delete and click "Task Manager", or right click the taskbar and click "Task Manager".)
