Can't assign cell type

As title,I can't assign cell type to death row one,I need some help

It seems like the game thinks that cell is part of a cell block that includes that hallway.

As long as you don't have any prisoners that use the hallway in the picture then it shouldn't be a problem to include it in the death row only zone.

As for actually assigning it to death row only.

1. Unlock the ability to have death row inmates in the bureacracy.
   
2. Build a cell/ cell block you want to have death row inmates using.
   
3. Unlock deployment in bureacracy.
   
4. Go into the deployment screen.
   
5. Select the death row designator in the bottom right corner.
   (should look like a black box next to staff only designator)
   
6. With the designator selected click on the cell/ cell block that you want to have marked as death row only.
   
7. Profit?!?!?!?!?!

ahh,I figured out where the problem is,it seems to be a program problem.
After I changed the place of the door,I can assign the room for death row.

btw,it's easy to get the profit like me after you got more than 1000 prisoners.
