Ability to hire a specific warden

I think the ability to choose your warden from the 'Hire Staff' menu will just speed up the game, atleast when deciding to start a new prison. If this were to becoming a thing I could see people sacking thier first warden half way through a game and replace with a new warden; could definately keep things interesting with the change in mechanics. E.g. Dogs can no longer fully uncover tunnels but prisoners are now suppressed twice as fast.

Being able to change wardens means you can shuffle around their special abilities whenever you please. Being stuck with your warden is meant to be a consequence of your choices, you just start a new prison if you want a different one.

It also would really screw up Warden Mode, because you're directly controlling your warden, and you can't fire yourself.

Pacifier is the best warden in my opinion. I even think that he needs a nerf. Being able to calm down 200+ prisoners that complain about everything is.... more than impressing which makes supressing useless and lets your prisoners take part in more reform programs.

I favour Periwinkle or that lady that suppresses priosners faster, I'll have to play with Pacifier some time.

Supressing is keeping your prisoners quiet but they wont do reform programs, Periwinkles ability kicks in mid-game, making your prisoners happy will decrease the odds that someone will dig a tunnel also doing shakedowns once per 1-2 days should eliminate all tunnels. So pacifier ALL THE WAY.
