Sadly you can´t execute legendary prisoners :( they murder everyone...
Not legitimately anyway. You can do it by editing a section in a file. I can't remember which file (I am googling now) but somewhere you can set an individual prisoners clemency chance and manually change their prisoner type to Death Row. Then you can execute without fear of repercussions.
He was legendary too, I couldn't get intel on him until he died but he had like 10 crazy traits. He killed 5 people, I put him in super max realizing he was dangerous. He met with his family and then shorty after killed 2 more before he got tased and the dogs killed him.
For the moment at least my supermax isn't all that bad, they have the same regime as medium and max prisoners, only thing is they are only allowed to work and eat in certain very secure areas where they would have to face several armed guards.
