Restraint Chairs
I'm surprised that these haven't yet been added to "Prison Architect"; as these things are PERFECT for dealing with violent and unruly prisoners! Also, I would imagine that even a short time spent in a restraining chair would Suppress even prisoners who have both the Stoical AND Fearless Reputations. I would recommend that restraining chairs be placed in Solitary Cells; otherwise, they wouldn't be used. Also, this game would need to include the possibility of "Restraint Chair" as a punishment for various infractions (you can edit punishments for infractions in the "Policy" tab). I would especially recommend their use for the more violent infractions (ie. murder and attacks), as well as escape attempts.

Stoical Reputation: this means that neither Lockdown nor Solitary Confinement will Suppress this prisoner.

Fearless Reputation: this means that the presence of Armed Guards won't result in this prisoner's Suppression; and he or she is also less likely to surrender during a fight than usual.

Here's a Wikipedia article about the restraint chair; and once you've read this, I'm sure you'll agree with me that restraint chairs would Suppress those prisoners who have both the Stoical AND Fearless Reputations: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Restraint_chair

Prisoners that have either of those Reps or both still will not be suppressed by using the Restraint Chair. A Restraint Chair is the same IMAO just like being in a Solitary Confinement Cell except you can be rolled around to different locations. This chair will have no effect on those prisoners because they have either of those Reps. They just don't care what you do to them they will continue too cause problems no matter what.
