Can't pass the Palermo tutorial

After I put out the fire, cleared the rubble, fed everyone, and built common room, I don't get any more assignments, so I cannot progress. I tried to restart it as well as exit the game and reenter.


I did this tutorial three times already, but no luck. Any way to just move on the the final 3 tutorials? I'm stuck. Thank you.

Also, the object window stays open for some reason.

That's fairly common and annoying, the quickest fix for that part is to save-load

I was able to click save the objects menu away--thank you.

No luck on continuing the Palermo Mission. I did not see a polaroid in the infirmary. I think I picked that up already.

okay so i built the common room, setup the programs for drug , alch and got a call that said click the polariod in the infirmary to continue. is it the last bit that doesnt happen for you?

It's nice of you to spend time checking this for me.

I did common room and laundry room, but I never got the message to setup drug rehab or click the polaroid. I attached a screenshot. It's just stuck here. I tried three times.

oh
do a shake down, you havent found all the drugs. its a bit of a naff list thing makes it look done but its not. a shake down of the prison and you will do it.
