Permanent Punishment w/handcuffs
Hello, is there a way or a mod that Im not finding, to make the "permanent punishment" add handcuffs to the prisoner in this state?

Permanent Solitary should do that. Just give them a luxurious solitary cell (or don't).

No, permanent lockdown will send the prisoner to lockdown for eternity, but not with the handcuffs on. I understand why, but I was wondering if someone knows how to edit that.

Unfortunately, the only way to do this, is to keep giving them 24hrs of lockdown. It stacks. Just click a lot and they will never get out.

It is a good idea, I've been doing this for a time now for those who are extremely volatile. In this new prison, I opted to set the time in the policy tab to 9000 hours for attacking a guard. It works great.
