[URGENT] Too Many Food Trays

My prisoners were starving. They would lumber around the serving tables and not get food, even though there was plenty available. Ususally, I would just sit there puzzled. Dead bodies would litter the floor full of prisoners who neglected to eat. Then, one day, I finally cracked the code: there were not enough food trays at each table. I tried everything: buy more sinks, hire more cooks, and nothing was working.
One day, I opened the save folder for prison architect and searched for the phrase "FoodTray." I went through the code until I found the part of the code for supply orders. I replaced the number by "FoodTrays" to 999999999. I then exited and saved the document and entered my prison. I noticed that the game had just purchased a ton of food trays, and supply trucks were bringing in loads of them. I thought, "Oh, I guess that resolves the starving issue," and it did.
However, the game never stopped sending in trucks full of food trays. It continuously brings in trucks full of them. Whenever I try to dump them, the game orders more. Whenever I try to put the number of food trays being ordered back to 0, it just orders a billion more like after I replaced the order number to 999999999. It seems that I cannot recieve prisoner intakes until this issue is resolved, so my prison is at a standstill. I will need a serious coding expert to help me with this issue.

UPDATE:
As I recieve more food trays, the order number for the food trays goes down.

Build a canteen with A LOT of serving tables....You should be able to go and clear indoors to have them dump the serving trays that are placed on the serving tables. I am not 100% that will work..but it is something~

My prisoners are quite rowdy, so I can see that happening.
