some in queue but none doing it

I have like 100 people in queue for spiritual guidance and the boxes that show that they are participating are not all black even though a lot of them are in queue. So i add another class and no one participates even though a lot of them are in queue.

is this a glitch or am i not doing something right? thanks

Check your regime and make sure you have Free Time/Work for your needy prisoners

The default times for church often conflict with meal times so the prisoners are torn between eating or going to church.

i have lockup/work and freetime/work like all day (except food and shower and sleep)

You have absolutely no one participating? Does the Spiritual Leader show up, or is he standing outside your prison all day?

have you tried stopping all spiritual guidance classes, then re-starting them? i think sometimes if you have programs already active, then change things in regime or do make changes to room sizes that programs take place in, it can mess with programs.

and also, what Valdar asked, does the spiritual leader go to the chapel during spiritual guidance? he'll probably be standing by the altar, if not, check outside prison. if he sits outside the prison, he might not have a path to get to the chapel, like somewhere he has to pass through is zoned as staff only or something.

people are participating but not filling up the class even though it says like 100 are in queue and i have tried restarting it and clicking rescedual and my class is next to the yard where they always go. Also thats not the only class that does this

Forgot to ask... do you have enough pews for each inmate to have a seat?

i dont know, but wont they just go to a different time slot if there arent enough

Side note this is not just the religous one its for things like workshop intro, kitchen safter, ect.

Could be that your chapel is insecure and prisoners are not allowed to visit it.

No they are allowed in it and can access it, its right next to my yard and i see them go in it but for the other class sceduals they dont
