The Room-assignment is really finnicky about what you put in them.
For example, a similar issue, when you have a room that requires a minimum of 5x5, and you even make it 6x6 but put a single block of wall in it, it suddenly can't count it as a total of 6x6 anymore but rather 4x5 or something, because the "count" is interruped.
So I really wish it would just ignore doors and walls or whatever.
Though, I don't know if that would cause side-effects as well.
ALSO; I really wish they'd add a room such as a Restroom, Bathroom or Washroom rather. Just a room that requires one or two toilets, maybe a (new/small) sink and who knows what else.
It would make a lot more sense than to just force toilets into Staff Rooms just because that's where they take their break and rest. It shouldn't have to mean that they potty right in the middle of the room...
I would like a similar situation for the Cells, that they DON'T require a toilet but you can get a separate bathroom like the showers are separate. - Even though, yes, in real life pretty much all cells have those stainless steel toilets.
But still, a lot of the room-requirements are a bit arbitrary or just silly. There needs to be more logic or perhaps flexibility in them. - Aaanyway... :P
