Audio Bug - Fix please? Thanks

It's killing my ears and really annoying me, This glitch has been here since 2014 :/
If the devs still update this game, Which I can see they have. Not sure if recently or not though, Could you please fix this bug? And I know it's not my audio problems because this is the third computer I've been playing this on, With different headphones.

If anyone else has this issue or knows how to fix it , Be sure to post something in the comments :D

But the sound must be in the game files somewhere right!?
Gotta be a way to find it or something!

In my prison, this happens when the danger level gets too high, I think those sounds are supposed to indicate that problem (although I agree they could've used a less annoying way to do that). I can't see your danger level in the video, maybe try lowering it.

But... It happens when you click on the below icons to build and plan!
Also my danger level at the time was extremely low.

Has to be, Otherwise it wouldn't make that sound when clicking on the below icons that I was clicking. I've never had this problem with ANY other game before, So that's that.

- SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE THE AUDIO FILE IS!
