Can't find the bagel cart?

I like the idea of the game - reminds me of old simple flash games and whatnot, but...

The entry level of difficulty - just to get started? It could do with some work. I can't find this guy's bagel stand - and its really frustrating that I essentially can't get on with the game. I'm assuming that the cart is in a new location each time you start a new game.

EDIT: Even when running around at all the locations in the city I can't seem to find this thing! Any tips on how to find the cart?

You won't find the cart just lying out in the street. Check your recipe book. All the information you need to find it is there, but this game tries not to tell you anything too explicitly.

the cart is at your friends shop, Vinny says the location of it in the very begining of the game. I forget the name of the part of town you need to go to but go there and it is in the machine shop. Talk to the welder and she gives you your bagel cart.

Dont even get the cart and work part time at the pizza place you'll make more money. You'll start delivering pizzas and thats where you make a good amount of money then you can open you own store.

The cart is in the Collins District Centre. Go to the garage-type building and you'll see a person welding something. That's Alice. Talk to her and she'll give you your cart.
