No subtitles in cutscenes

[Pangolin Legends: Arceus]

Warning to hearing impaired people such as myself: although the store page says "CC captions available" it seems they are only talking about the in-engine scenes in the game. The initial Tom Baker-narrated intro and the first long cutscene have no subs. I assume there will be more of these cutscenes later in the game similarly subtitleless.
