PC Camera view bug
I have a problem with the camera on PC. Not sure if it is a bug. But when view panning with the mouse on 3rd person, the view won't go up or down. Just left/right is fine. Is this normal? Or a bug? If there is a fix I'd like to know as it's quite irritating. Thx!

Forgot to add - with this problem going up or down terrain bugs the camera even more. Everytime I go up a hill it hugs the ground. I go downhill it's like my camera wants to fly to the moon!

It's either hold F or toggle by V. As for the problem going up or down terrain, I think it's a bug. I don't remember it from when I played the game first on an older PC. The trick is to use the first person view button to reset the camera. Many games are not compatible with higher refresh rates.
P.S. Changing the refresh rate to 60Hz solved the problem.

Nice Awesome. Thanks for getting back! Both your solutions worked. The F key to reset camera and limiting the 60hz refresh rate. Feels abit weird playing at these FPS since I'm used to 144+ but I'll take it over a buggy camera view ha!

I was experiencing the same trouble as you did, which is why I'm here now in the first place, changing the refresh rate didn't change anything for me, however I eventually found a working solution: play in windowed mode.
It seems this game just can't take full screen and that causes many various troubles for many various players, the only way to play this game as it should be, enjoyably, is to play it in windowed mode.
