Freyja Deck Of Fate
Wow. How long have we waited for an event, for her?

And this is what we get?

Well, what can we do...we are not developers.
even in this format I'll take Freyja. true, will have to use all the soul coins not to buy essences, but to buy soul stones. I hope this will not be an empty discovery...still, I would prefer to buy essences rather than play roulette with stones.
p.s. I noticed that I don't participate in 2x on souls at all. but even so, soul stones simply burn - i.e. even if you completely ignore 2x - events take away all the soul stones and coins. from which I conclude that skipping all 2x events on soul stones is the only correct solution for f2p.
p.p.s. the main discussion is here

Yeah. I saw somewhere that you would need 100 unleveled 5 Stars (think Leggos) and need to level all to level 50 and then rank them all to 6 stars, to get the points.

Really puts it in perspective on how high this point count is. Just crazy.

Also, thanks for the link.

It is crazy difficult, and not a good look for Plarium Was looking forward to doing this one myself, had plenty food champs prepped, soulstones stored up and it was a kick in the nuts seeing a 40% nerf in the possible point gain from both souls and the training. This was a new low for Plarium, imho.

Well, what can I say... I opened the stones... nothing useful fell for me.
93/100 fragments Freyja ; 35/40 cards.

Hi! Your feedback has been noted.
One way of looking at this event is a sort of a guaranteed approach to get a specific Champion. Thus, it can be compared to Fusion/Fragment summon event in terms of resources/efforts required and difficulty level overall.
But it is indeed difficult, no argument with that. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experience.

yeah i started working on it spend all soulstones but no way i can ever finnish it.

Except you forgot one important component: Time

This deck is to be completed in a matter of days. Fusions are weeks. We only get to store 130 energy every 6 hours (approximately). That's it.

That makes it unreachable for the majority of the player base. Which is unfortunate because the anticipation for this champ was extremely high. When you take high expectations and excitement then are met with an event such as this, well it can't be a plus for the business.

It is a shame. This game is extremely fun and there are more than a few things to even push it higher. Things that are already in place or are already produced assets. Instead we get things like this to pile on the other under performing or optimized additions. Such as Iron Twins, Sand Devil, Live Arena, Clan Siege, etc.

But I'm sure this is nothing not stated before. Business is business. Some just perform or plan better than others.

It's a F2P gacha game. You said it yourself that the anticipation for Freyja was extremely high, so are you surprised that they made it tough to tempt people into spending money on Soul Stones?

If you really want Freyja bad enough, then you'll participate in this event, because this will forever be the best and most accessible time you can get her. Regardless, if you can't get her for whatever reason then don't worry about it. The game will still be fun without Freyja, trust me. This game is filled with great supports.

No clue why are trying to 'Big Brother' me, with the VERY obvious, about the game...

I understand what this game is and how they view it. I was in no way upset. In case you missed it, it says 'Discussion', right at the top of this section. Hence me posting this.

I started this game when the Shamrock event had 2 or 3 days left. So I guess that would be around April, 2019. Only the second fusion event at that time.

There were no 'accessible' Legendaries or ways to get them at thattime, except for those 2 fusions. It was shard pulls or nothing, if not for the seasonal fusion. Hell, there wasn't even a High Khatun to get, from logging in. As a matter of fact, there was not any login rewards, that I recall.

There were no chickens to make ranking up easy. You used other champs as food. After you manually used energy to level up your food, as there were no XP Brews, either. Nor were there the high level gear. There was not even any 6 star gear.

Yeah, I remember all that and understand exactly where this game is at... As I would like to see it keep improving. Hence, my posting on this board.

But you... Your post... That, I have absolutely no clue about. But, I hope it made you feel better posting it or whatever.

It's an open forum. It says 'Discussions' for me the same as you, and that's what we're having. Plarium gave you a response offering a different way of looking at the event, which you didn't like, and proceeded to bring up time, energy, and how "unreachable" it is for the majority of players.

This event wasn't created with the idea that everyone is going to be able to complete it or have easy time of doing it. You should know that, especially if you've been playing as long as you claim. They want you to have to break out the wallet or have to spend a lot of time and saved resources to get the champion. Bringing up passive energy is irrelevant here and totally pointless. You either have the resources for something like this or you don't.

And you can look it at as similar to a fusion, like the Plarium rep said, because you're a getting a guaranteed champion if you put in the time, resources and or money. You bring up time, and it being a Four (4) day event here, but others might look at it like this is easier, because a fusion requires attention on RAID for basically Two (2) straight weeks.

Either way, with this Deck of Fate, or a Fusion, you should know going in whether you have the resources or not. It's really quite simple.

You should know that all events have been getting harder. Plarium knows what people are doing with their resources, they know what you're hoarding. They know exactly what the temperature of the room is with certain events, champions, etc. They test things all the time, gathering data, seeing what people are capable of doing with resources, what makes the the most money and player engagement and so on.

Then, you clearly being bitter here, proceed to go on about how all these other "newer" additions to the game are under-performing or optimized, which is basically you calling them crap just like this Deck of Fate is that you don't like.

I mean, your whole response to me was bizarre. You say you were in no way upset, but your response clearly suggested otherwise with some of the shots you took at more recent content that had nothing to do with the DoF.

Then proceed to go off somewhere telling me how long you've been playing the game, as if you're trying to validate yourself or something.

And yea, the game is ever evolving and constantly improving, with Plarium constantly gathering feedback and data. That still doesn't mean that every guaranteed champion is going to be easy to get and that you won't be here complaining about the next guaranteed champion you think is too difficulty to obtain.

ok bro. I have the resources and I completed Freyja Deck Of Fate 100%. effortlessly. but I'm really upset about this event.
I recently got Odin in a tournament.
In the spring I also got an Alatreon from the monster path and an R. Nergigante Archer won in the winner's tournament.
Well, with all this, I think that this event is mouse poop and for the last 1.5 years plarium goes into te swamp.
And I agree 90% with Banzai Guns. And I foresee how happy the players will be who received the Wixwell chosen by the community a few months ago - new shield nerf. Also, there will be screams from for players playing the Hydra taunt.
It's just a swamp. Plarium, instead of doing better, makes it worse. trying to hit rock bottom before Aristocrat sells the company?

See, that's the thing. That's what I was remarking on. You weren't entering a discussion. Sure, you post that now but, what you originally posted was a few points that were extremely obvious, like they were some great revelations.

Also, I wasn't upset. I wasn't trying to validate anything. I was just showing that I've stuck with the game through everything and still enjoy it immensely.

Sorry if that put you in your 'Feels". That wasn't my intention. Feel free to ignore my posts, as they were not aimed at you and I HAD hoped to get some kind of response, from the Rep.

But, now... After this exchange, you started... Well we know that won't happen. AGAIN because of someone posted something everyone already knows but still felt the need to post.

Still no clue why.......

I do understand the point, but then why stick it in the middle of an ongoing fusion too, not to mention the extremely compressed timeframe? I did cave in and do it, but it was a ridiculous amount of time and resources I've put into it ; this wasn't fun in any way.
