Full of Hot Air achievement - broken?

I killed the demon on hard difficulty (changed the diff just before fighting it) and it did not unlock. Any ideas?

I changed the diff before entering the area with the demon and still the same result - no achievement.

I can confirm it works, I did get it when I killed the real him in the NE part of the base.

As I wrote, I changed the difficulty before the fight and before entering the area and it didn't work. I assume you need to START the game with at least HARD setting.

Oh. Good to know. I started on Torment.
That means you need to start with Torment diff for the kill a god one.
