How to solve "Find the shrine deeper than The Deep" ?

In level 5 where is the shine? and how to use radio and another key card?

The shrine you are looking for is in one specific cave to which you get through a tunnel - it has yellow rocks and purple background and generates with no walls. The shrine for me was in the lower part of the cave, but I can't say for sure if it always spawns in there, so might have to explore in all directions.

I think it's just a source of entertainment as you spend a lot of time extremely deep under water and never hear the shop music.

that could be. actually was dragging this along with me for the entire run - and tried to put it everywhere :)

I'm quite certain of it as I have 100% completed the game and the radio has never came into play during my playthrough.
