[Resolved] I can´t play with my joystik :X

Can anyone please tell me how i can play this game with my joystick? I´ve got a Saitek X52 joystick and i can´t do anything with it in the game. Not even in the menu. I´ve been trying to deactivate nearly all of the HID´s and it still won´t do it.

My Thrustmaster T16000m works fine, all buttons can be assigned apart from HAT which is defaulted to views.

Only issue with Joystick control is the Door Gunners on the 2 Heli's barely move using the joystick, work fine when mouse selected as control but with Joystick it is barely playable as you cannot move it fast enough to stay on target let alone aim at a new one.
The sensitivety is ideal for the aircraft manouvres but not sensitive enough for the gunners.

logitech attack 3 is the name of the joystick ... not an attack 3 helicopter :)

My Logitech Extreme 3D pro works fine. Just thought I'd chip in, in case it helps the bigger picture. Would love 'full' controls, not just 'arcade'. It's actually harder to fly in 'arcade'!

We are testing with X52 now, but it seems to work properly on our side.

Can you make sure that the device is set as preferred in your game controllers list?

As for Attack 3 joystick - I am expecting it any day now and we should be able to fix it afterwards.

well my last post disappeared somehow. I set the x52 as preffered controller for older games (?) .... and it worked. Also the x52 is the only controller attached to my computer, so no idea why this is necessary.

Aaah, glad it resolved. I have no idea - we are simply using Windows default device - it may be perhaps not the best solution, perhaps for next titles we will try to implement some more complex control selections...
