How to Complete Operation Game Warden?

Is there a walkthrough or anything I can use? I am unable to complete the Chinook portion of the mission. Even on easy, I fail the mission consistently. I have 1 hour out of the 7 I have in this game on Operation Game Warden.

The 3 drop zones are all along the same small rvier. Fly up the main river, turn right onthe smaller river and go as low (as in less than 50feet) and fast as you can.

You're going to have to upload a video, I am physically incapable of completing this mission, and I've always hated helos to begin with.

In every helicopter or special plane mission, use your planes if you can switch to them. Destroy AA and then continue mission.

Same here, I can get the first 2 drops but I'm apparently "Seen" just as soon as I go for the last one...FAIL...I've tried sneaking around the back way and getting the third one first..really starting to piss me off...
