Program will not load
Trying to play game after update has caused my game to no longer load. I get the first two screens and tehn it hangs up. Can so one help with this issue.

Is there anyone else had a problem after last update?

Hi! First thing you should check is if the update was installed correctly. It may be that something went wrong, and some of the files are incomplete, causing the game to crash. To check this, right-click the title of the game in your Steam library, select properties, then open up the local files tab, and select verify game cache.

I too just reloaded the Game and every time I tried to play before the game ALWAYS loaded and was quite playable, I have tried three times to re download the game...... still wont go beyond the Title screen, also I too tried to verify the cache No Luck... Tried to get a refund but NO !! so I am extremely Disappointed with the whole business !!

Does anyone know the cure? how do you now contact Stream diect support. If I keep having these problem and no support I am going to all box gams to prvent these problems.

I just found out how to enter game without the black screen... Just hit escape on the bitcomposer screen. That will get you in game :D

I can't see any changes in games and I still have a red zone. How can I install patch/update

If you see colorful sky in the sky menu, you have the update :) (was grey before).

I have no idea about the black screen and Escape solution - glad you were able to resolve it, we were unable to reproduce this behavior on our end, so I am really glad there is a fix for it. But we will try to fix it with the next update.

We will get you the additional content for Vietnam as soon as we can allocate some resources here, shouldn't take more than a few weeks though...
