For the life of me I can't figure out what this does. Damage buff? New move?

I think it allows you to use an enemies' head as a weapon but I can't figure out how to use it yet. The reason I think this is because I'm sure I've seen a head being held in one of the trailers.

The skill allows you to use the heads of Warlords (the big demon guys who you first battle at the end of chapter 2 and will battle later in the game as well) as weapons.

Do you pick the head up like you would a demon heart?

Yes, once he has been decapitated, you simply press E to pick up his head and use it. It also starts glowing, so it's hard to miss it.

You'll get to fight plenty of warlords later on, so it's not as limited as it sounds.

A demon head with upgraded damage buff and extra damage vs greater demons make short work of warlords :) Then again, so does the rocket launcher. If I have a demon head, I usually save it for when the next warlord comes along.
