Report a translation problem
Yes, we did that. All five plates have been blasted off and the associated crystals are destroyed. There are no plates left. None. Zero. Zip. There is nothing glowing left to shoot. The dude's sill at just under half health and taking no damage.
This is a pretty bad bug. Literally gamestopping. I think it has something to do with how much I damaged all of his other plates in the first encounter, as he almost instantly dropped and opened a plate when the third encounter started.
I did find a solution. Unfortunately the solution was restarting the level from the beginning and making sure to only damage one location of crystals in the initial encounter. Fortunately I realized that with the combination of the ki-to-life skill and the powered up sword that I could literally just sword the dude to death and tank all the damage. Took way less time than using rockets/etc.
A big ugly bug preventing from finishing the game at the very last minute. Looking at walkthroughs, I do what is needed, but

at 10:46, the boss' lifebar just magically drops. No crystals destroyed yet, it just decided that it accepted to die.
A bit frustrating. Especially since I crashed 4 times to get to that point so the whole fight has taken literally hours only to bug out sending all that time down the gurgler.
I know that a fix is coming in a up and coming patch... how I know this... well I don't say...
