Flickering at fullscreen

When SW starts up my screen flickers very badly. Switching to window mode fixes it but I would like to play it fullscreen. I have tried 3 different drivers (older, latest and alpha) none have fixed it. No other game has this issue:( Running Win7 64 with a ATi 6890.

Same issue here, I am not that tempted to roll back drivers anymore, after reading this. I'll post a YouTube video / link in my thread, I hope it's not an AMD driver issue :I

Fixed it, CCC was over riding it. Disabled it, fixed:)

Had this problem too. Glad your thread popped up.

Turning the settings in the gaming sectionof Catalyst back to "Use Application Settings" fixed it jsut fine.

dude!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks a lot!!! you got it right : it was the override feature on Catalyst that was creating the fullscreen bug. I can now fully enjoy the game, on fullscreen with Ultra setting!!!

So how did this work again? All my settings are application controlled in the CCC. Still flickers.
