Well if there are, then you must be talking about the ones that are extremely difficult to access to (since from all my experiance, I noticed that Cheat Codes were progressivly getting more and more harder access which has to the point where it's nigh impossible), and plus if you check my Cheat Code thread, the developers openly lied about releasing any official cheats and they never did 2 years ago while it should have taken 5 minues like they promised.
Well, thanks for you quick replies. Hopefully the devs will add mods for this game after the release of the second one. Wishful thinking, right xD
After tearing through the game data the devs actually DID try to add mod support, mod packs and cheats to the game (theres even a broken cheat menu and mod menu in the game), but it ended up broken because the way the game is coded it doesnt allow simple spawning or adding of weapons or items to maps.
The items like guns are coded into a map file and when you pick them up the weapons entire scripts are added to your save file & carried over to next map via save file, the only cheats that do work are infinite health and ammo and level warping (but due to the above you start with no weapons when warping it may have just been left over for dev testing).
So far all i managed are crazy weapons mods & to start at beginning with everything & fully upgraded sword. Been trying to get several squirrel scripts to work and spawn enemies because i wanted to get more enemies in maps but this games scripts are so wierd and convoluted cause its only supposed to be viewed/edited from the level editor.
would the infinite health cheat make going through Heroic Mode a little easier? just wondering
I enjoy this game alot myself, but i'm just curious about the so-called mod support and cheat codes that are occasionally mentioned on here.
g_damage_player_own_multiplier (damage mult caused to self when u blow something up)
g_damage_to_enemies_multiplier (high values could kill all enemies one shot)
g_damage_to_player_multiplier (if 0 enemies cant hurt you)
g_infinite_ammo (obvious)
g_fall_never_kills (obvious)
They specifically locked most commands after the community found out about them but i think it was locked out cause there is a command people were using that enables DLC swords which normally require other games/preorders to use them.
Overall i think they had to lock them out originally for legal reasons and im guessing they couldnt get realistic cheats people wanted to function correctly due to how the game is wierd with how it handles weapon unlocks and such. They also seem to have wanted cheats to be limited to SP mode only to protect the leaderboards. Since the cheat menu didnt work out well and since the commands would ruin leaderboards, they likely just left it all locked since it probably ended up too much of a hassle.
I could put together some SP only mods that wont need any commands or files changed like to start on beginning of heroic with all weapons and the full sword and all skill points available and plenty of $ maybe one hit kills infinite ammo godmode too.

Use 7zip or winrar to extract the zip and place x1.bin and x2.bin in your save folder
Ex: mine is C:\Users\Xavier\Documents\Shadow Warrior DX11\profiles\xavier
Once placed at main menu open console with ctrl+tilde and type "load x1" or "load x2" without quotes and press enter.
Both start at beginning of heroic.
X1 has all weapons, the whole sword, 250000$ more than enough skill points to max out all skills/abilities.
X2 has same + 'sort of' infinite ammo and 'sort of' infinite health.
On X2 I could only set the default ammo counts so upgrading things like the shotgun barrels/crossbow ammo/fuel tank will take some ammo counts back to the 'upgraded' amounts health should be okay if not theres more than enough HP to make the game easy enough I could probably fix it by making everything upgraded by default but its too much of a hassle right now.
On x1&x2 the sword has the waves and should have the health regen but i set it so you wont get the damage bonus of the first piece until you get it (since otherwise it would stack and be 2x), if you only wanted the sword just use x1 and just dont use the free points/$.
Let me know how it goes.
Edit May 20 2016: heres a insane difficulty set one so you can play with sword and be able to change easy/normal/hard/insane difficulties whenever:
{LINK REMOVED}http://www.mediafire.com/download/f9x8yu28djjxfuf/xavier2.zip
z1=X1 above and z2=X2 above just insane instead of heroic by default.
so I just downloaded the save you posted, and it works like a charm (had hilariously speed-killed those hitmen at the beginning, =D)
EDIT (as of 12/29/2015 @ 10:27pm):
the maxed-out sword was great for getting those stackable achievements for killing a certain number of enemies within a certain amount of time
