Wimpy Jump - Stuck on chapter 13

So I decided to try this again, because the nearly impossible platforming had turned me off. It's like 0 Fun playing the same boring sequence again just to have this dude constantly falling off the same ledge. Honestly a kid can jump further ....

So is there a double jump I missed or is it really just hit the right pixel and memorize them - because I remember there were several more annoying insta-death jumps.

BTW, also there is something really early on a high unreachable ledge and from going on further you can seet here is a long long tunnel leading to it, but no way to get there. Do get I there wiht a double jump I can't remember how to do.

If there is one, it seems odd that the game won't tell you the button again at the beginning of their Super Maria chapter ...

Hard to know what platforming you refer to. Nothing requires any real jumping to get to it.

ooh, just occured to me that maybe it's Ch. 13 where there is a gap in the floor that's too far to jump -- a dash will carry you over it without a problem -- and you could just walk along the ledge at the side).

No it's in a mountain area, you need to jump further than the protagonist can ... there is no ledge to walk along unless you refer to one that is invisible ....

I'm just saying I've just recently played through the game and there is no where that requires such a jump. The only place I can imagine is the snowy path going up to Zilla tower.
Bottom line, if you can't jump somewhere easily, you're not supposed to go that way.

well then you hit that one pixel with luck - I did play through it once, it took me a couple of tries the last time b u tthis time I could not make it. Hence I asked if there is a hidden double jump but apparantly not, apparantly the area is just freaking bugged and the game is just terribly designed ....

You are still assuming that the jump you can't place was even one you were supposed to make. Knowing the game I can tell you there are no difficult jumps at all. If you played some previously buggy version, that is a different matter.

Well I still think the game is ♥♥♥♥ and doesn't work, but I guess lucky for you that you haven't encountered the problem but it is still there and I can't be arsed to deal with this ♥♥♥♥ again. And yes, I looked up guides, that is were you are supposed to jump, it doesn't work, I tried three dozen times before I de-installed the crappy game.
