Where can I download the Benchmark tool for Last Remnant?

Hey guys,
I've been scouring the web for a working download link to the Benchmark Tool for The Last Remnant. No luck so far. Even Square Enix's page for it just gets stuck at loading forever.

Does anyone know where else it might be uploaded and still be alive? Tried a couple like gamershell and file front but they all do the same thing as Square Enix's page.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
P.S: I know it's old, but I like running these things.

Apparently, this problem is a Windows 8 specific problem. Looks like under the hood Windows 8 is forcing me to use Internet Explorer all of a sudden.

Neither Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome are allowed to download, yet they can view web pages no problem. The only way I'm able to download anything in Windows now is via Internet Explorer, which is really not cool.

In Ubuntu, Firefox and Chrome works with downloading. It really is just Windows. So, to summarise. The download links for The Last Remnant Benchmark Tool are still up and working. The problem is on my end, or more specifically on Window's end.
