You want to get a bunch of the little landworms following you, and then approach the center and the enemy should appear.

^This. Use the Aggro pull to anger some landworms and let them follow you. Keep doing this until the boss becomes solid, then run into it.

I thank the two. I did it the head solidified more did not show up in the battle, tried several times and got tired.
