TLR Planner no longer working?

Decided to give this game another go and after playing around for a bit wanted to see what all the planner could do. Well it seems to get a consistent error now 'an error occurred while loading the data'.

Feel like I have to be doing something wrong or different but no idea what that is. Any ideas?

I am not sure what that would mean or how... could you elaborate some please?

Like some unofficial translation or other modifications. But if you don't know then it probably not the cause. Tried verify files?

Files verified, and even tried uninstalling and reinstalling

Honestly, i don't know what else could it be. Something preventing planner to access the game. Maybe antivirus or problems with net.framework.

Okay got it working... why it needed to be ran as an Admin I do not know. But I am dumb for not doing that as a troubleshooting method before coming here

likely because your TLR is also running as an elevated process ("as admin") which it would've received from steam running as such. elevated processes often cant be modified by non-elevated ones. for example discord wont be able to use its overlay over an elevated process (or use its global hotkeys) if discord itself also wasn't started with those privileges.
