Will they do "Remaster" this game for PC?

Honestly the only difference between the PC version and the remastered on PS4 and other consoles is the higher quality FMVs. the PC version uses low bitrate 720p FMVs from the xbox 360 while the remastered uses 1080p FMVS with alittle higher bitrate. other then that texture assets are identical
