All Weapon Art/Unique Art Lineup...advice suggestions?

I am planning my All Weaopn Arts/Unique Arts Team,.... so for those who are interested... I anticipate posting the save file eventually by the year 2021 since its gonna take me forever. But it should be loads of fun.

The list below... first 5 are union leaders due to requirements of their remnant arts or unique arts.

I deleted RUSH becuase he is obnoxious as hell.
I also can't use Emmy, because all three of her specials require her to be a union leader, and all 5 spots are taken.

Also, I have two Cerulean Rains (Torgal and Gabriel) because it seems that it would be sooooo much extra work for Torgal to switch from Sword to Axe and then build Hawakarang's Axe requirement from the ground up. I don't know who to fill roster spot 17 and 18 with, but I like the sound of "Whoarefest" via Munia. Any ideas?


1) Gauo Combat - Zeal's Virtue via Obsidian (Power Grip Sword)
2) Roberto Combat - Snowblind via Frostblade (Power Grip Sword)
3) Jager Combat - Schiavona via Schiavona (2 Handed Spear) with extra Lob Omen and Beowulf
4) Irina Mystic - Omnistrike via spamming her INT
5) Duke of Ghor Combat - Belkwinth's Fury via Belqis (Power Grip Axe)

6) Allan Balanced - Holy Win via Oriax Dominus (Power Grip Sword), but at BR 71 will switch him to Combat Focused so he gets the Monocle of Guiding AFTER he becomes eternally stuck with Holy Win and Oriax Dominus, thus he should be the true king of all Weapon Arts.
7) Zolean Mystic - Sanguine's Blossom via Imperator's Katana (Power Grip Katana)
8) Pagus Mystic - Daisy Chain via Superlative Wand (2 Handed Staff)
9) Caedmon Combat - Heaven's Door via Buer Dominus (Dual 2 Handed Spear)
10) Torgal Balance - Cerulean Rain #1 via Gremory Dominus (Quad Wield Sword)
11) Leshau Mystic - Hammer Toll via Enchanted Morning Star (Power Grip Mace)
12) Madddox Mystic - Water Hazzard via Auro Tambo (2 Handed Staff)
13) Yuniver Mystic - Royal Rage via Aura Naginata (2 Handed Spear)
14) Glenys Combat - Swordflash via Parrying Tataraichi (1 Handed Katana)
15) Gabriel Combat - Cerulean Rain # 2 via Superlative Bluesteal (1 Handed Katana)
16) Nora Mystic - Double Down via Enchanted Blackjack (Power Grip Mace)

Looks like an awful lot of work; doubt you can pull it of until 2021...

Maybe Wyngale instead of Glenys for Swordflash? Much easier...
You also might consider Sunder for Gaou, if you don't want battlefield oriented damage.
Same with Roberto and Holy Win.
Emmy still could be an option, if you're willing to grind her one-handed Nightbloom up to Snowpetal.

For 17/18, my choice would be:
17) Khrynia (Dual Snowpetal & Demonsblow)
18) Munia (Hoarfrost), as you mentioned

Thanks, If Kosmofest and Wisdom's Echo are both completed, what's the most efficient place to Skill Grind so I can get everyone''s Weapon and Grip levels high enough to unlock their WA.


Also, if Louise's Secrets Shop in Athlum is unlocked, but it's not selling Munia's Bingbang yet, do I have to wait until a specific BR until she sells Bigbang. What triggers her offering to sell Bigbang? She is not listing it for sale, but she lists everything else for sale on her Wiki merchant page

Wisdom's Echo is not so much for skills but for quick & easy raising of stat levels.
Bai Ze would be the punching bag of choice for skill grinding and at the same time fueling you with easy money.
Remember to use Mystic Seal formation for all fights except the mass linked landworms, which must be finished quickly to minimize BR growth.

As far as the Bigbang goes, I don't think it's tied to BR, rather to either equipment trade rank or customization level (to upgrade to a Bigbang you need to have Intermediate Customization unlocked). The Wikia says nothing about that, but I noticed that right after unlocking Luise's Shop there is no Bigbang available; after further progressing in the story it pops up.

On the PC version, do Weapon Arts actually work for non-leaders? Granted, maybe I just haven't gotten anyone to max out a weapon, but I thought that only leaders could use specials including WA, with Dual/Twin Snowpetal being the only exception.

Good point.
Some do others don't, I think it comes down to them being Unique- or Remnant Arts. These require the leader spot, while the regular WAs also work out of a non-leader position, even on the PC.

As far as I can see, Lickmajora's list already takes this into account, spot 1-5 being the leaders using unique-/remnant arts, the rest using regular WAs.

Yes, this is why Emmy could not be an option, since ALL 3 of her special WA/UA's require her to be union leader, (100 flowers, Niral Summon, Snowpetal). And spots 1-5 are taken. As far Dual Snowpeatal and Khyrina, Khyrina gets accessed too late in the game so I ruled her out.

Here are my WA/UA questions tho:

1) I know most WA damage scales with strength, but what of a Mystic User WA's like Leshau and Maddddox (Water Hazzard and Hammer Toll)...do their WA damage scale with INT? If not I should just spam their low level CA's in sequence? Since I am mostly going to neglect their Mystic Arts save for Hex Cachexia.

2) What accessories do you reccomend (tWHICH are NOT SO painstaking to get) for Morale Boosting? For AP Boostiing/AP Cost Cutting? Since these will be pivotal to unleashing the UA/WAs.

I am going to rely so heavily on UA/WA that i already know I won't have as much opportunity to develop CA and especially MA that thoroughly.


3) BTW, i took out Glenys and will substitute with Wyngale for Swordflash as you suggested. I also added Munia.

Still looking for someone for spot 18, and I really don't want David. Violet's WA is atrocious and not even a WA.

True, from that perspective it would be only Cerulean Rain with the Superlative Bluesteel that's left for her. At least that would leave the Nightbloom for Irina.

1) All WAs scale with STR, not INT. Irina's unique art Omnistrike is the exception. I have never unlocked these WAs for the mystic oriented Qsitis, but I once did unlock Pagus' Daisy Chain and the damage was actually quite impressive. Sure his Heartache helps a lot too.
I'm sure in the end some of the WAs will surprise you, others will disappoint and there's no way to know in advance which ones that will be.
Of course I''d always keep enabled the lowest ranked CA on all WA candidates to build STR.

2) For improving battlefield morale shifts there's the Liafort, which will requested exclusively by Violet. But for WAs to activate more easily, you'd need to raise Union Morale, which cannot be done by accessories. You would need to resort to mystic arts like Cheer or certain IAs (Traps).
For gaining AP the best is either the Rubber Soul for Glenys or the Bedazzling Anklets, which units eager for SPD accessories will request (like David, Nora, Loki, Khrynia, Ophelia etc.). For the rest you can use Amulets.

thanks for Bedazzling Anklets...also Bluff (morale swing which is low cost) and keeping Pagus as Bishop should help the cause (AP Cost Cut)
