This does not help Rush though, if he does not get any healing commands.
Best bet is to disable any commands which are not suitable for their role in battle, like no offensive arts for Rush, but every possible healing art enabled.
Give him the most evasive shield you have, so you may luck out if he's forced to attack.
A decent portion of luck is needed too, but the battle should be done in about ~15 turns.
Depending on the version of the mod, BR of the enemy is raised significantly. Which means Namul Niram has probably multiples of the usual HP. With so much luck needed just to survive, it becomes almost impossible to beat, since you would have to last like 45-50 turns.
This is the crappiest battle of the entire game in the first place and it's made worse if in addition the enemy's BR has been raised.
I'd recommend to disable the mod, just for this battle, to bring this behind you.
It does help a lot to have an AP pendant too to allow for the magic healing too.
That way, I have enough healing items to allow me to keep the fight going for quite a few turns, and dealing damage when I can, bit by bit.
I still hate the fire idol at the start of the game way more than this fight, but it's definitely not one that allows you to use the game mechanics and it relies on RNG a whole lot no matter the strategy.
