Ive never played a game where what ur having on ur backpack or the trousers actually mattered and influenced how well u do stuff!
When dropping a pack or bag, you know exactly what is inside it and can configure it how you like
You know where everything is and how much space is left
You can designate some pockets for only certain types of contents allowing you to (for example) prevent accidentally filling up your magazine carrier slots with batteries or whatever.
Yea, maybe I should think it over - consider increased cognitive cost to manage those pockets, thanks!
But you don't really need to if you don't want to, it works pretty well by itself
Single items like files, containers - folders. It is much easier to organize your stuff with folders than with single files.
My solution 0.F Frank 8/31/2018. Some of the really cool stuff is missing from newer versions but this one plays the best imho.
5 plastic bottle of water (2)
New:
water > plastic bottle (2)
water > plastic bottle (2)
water > plastic bottle (2)
water > plastic bottle (2)
water > plastic bottle (2)
Old:
00 shot (20)
New:
00 shot (2)
00 shot (8)
00 shot (5)
00 shot (5)
(all different pockets)
Old:
Pickup pile of random stuff
Pile of random stuff clearly visible inside inventory
New:
Pickup pile of random stuff
Where is your HackPro?
It's inside a toastems box, inside a 3l glass jar, inside a purse, inside a trenchcoat, inside a messenger bag, inside a backpack, inside your rucksack
I also moved onto bright nights.
Every bottle of water is a separate object now.
I'd like to have more eye-friendly option, but don't know how to even organize it - any ideas?
5 plastic bottle of water (2)
It understands 10 units of water as of 5 separate objects and if you want to take/drink one unit of water it has to pick the "right" one, not the random one.
How machine will pick? From the top of bottles or bottom bottles, or random bottle?
And what if you want to pick the EXACT bottle with 50% fullness?
That's why you address it via containers, and in current state sometimes it doesn't looks compact enough, human-wise..
