Thanks, that was the solution to my problem, I had to deconstruct the object and move it underneath, finally press * to open the menu and place it.
I finally have a lamp in the basement.
Now, I just need to be able to connect it to the solar panel on the surface...
Now I'm investing in a new, probably failed project, which is to create a mobile base on an armored bus (the base of the model is a prison bus), but I'm confused by how the Z levels work between above and below the vehicle. In short, the parts that are on the roof, those on the level where the PG moves and drives, and the structural frame under the vehicle.
They aren't really Z Levels, but the basic concept islaid out here: https://cddawiki.chezzo.com/cdda_wiki/index.php/Vehicle_construction
Yes, I also played the free versions of CDDA from Github, with and without various mods for graphics. With the enormous annoyance of having to re-download each new update manually
What is the point of your comment? yea, for now the 2 version are the same. And?
the author has been working on it for years, the game is fun, and having the Steam version guarantees me automatic updates between versions and in the future the Workshop, as well as cloud saving. I'm sure that the author, given the income that the game generates for him, will be more inclined to work on it, as happened with the guys from DF
I always smile when people cry about other people's money...
theyve certainly helped, but they havent done any real work on CDDA IN years yet theyve been asking for money for it for quite some time.
And even now, now that they are getting money, they arent in the changelogs at all.
but you do you, Imma keep doing me.
