Hi all. I have same error, game was purchased yesterday Dec 30. I'm not a genius about pc, and my opinion is: this game is OLD, not suitable for today's PCs. So I tried to install on my old PC (Athlon II X2 2,8 Ghz-GeForce 9400GT-Win 7 32 bit) with installing the libraries (DirectX and something else) notified at the end of installation process and all is working. Clearly I would have preferred play it on my best PC at home ! It's strange that Steam warns about unsupported Systems before Win10 and doesn't check if a game works properly.

I bought this game few months ago. But never played it. Just tried to launch it yesterday for the first time and got the same error as everyone else. What a crap game. Steam refuses to refund the money. They claim I bought too long ago.

UPDATE: it doesn't work on my old pc, crash after 3 or 4 minutes.

Reverted Windows from 24H2 back to 23H2 and was able to play.
