Sand Charmer is complete BS compared to collector: 200ish hp in veteran against 98 in vanilla, each spawns has more than 45hp and hits consistently for more than 18dmg (be it via DoT or direct damage) and for ~30dmg if your hero are marked.
The boss also gets stealth on prep round because why tf not, and also each time a new collected occultist is spawned, the boss gets 2 turns of stealth anew.
Also, the boss spams a stress attack on the same hero, and an attack that shuffles your party, making it almost impossble to avoid an affliction and making it even harder to hit him between the round where he isn't in stealth (notice that very few heros can hit backrank from any rank, even more so because they nerfed shieldbreaker so that her basic attack ). Oh did I forget to mention that the boss get around 25% prot and high resistances against stun, move and DoT?

It was fun to play until now but that was a complete turn off. What am I supposed to learn from this boss fight? Abandon each time the rng makes you encounter him? Always be prepared to fight an equivalent of the Fanatic when carrying much stuff? No thanks.

This mod is like an expansion pack to darkest dungeons that improves on every aspect and adds nice niches to learn in addition to the original game. Honestly, this is what darkest dungeon 2 should have looked like. Its well voice acted the art style is great and the gameplay feels true to the original game whilst also adding its own twists that give it a unique flavour. My only complaint is that it isn't finished yet and i look forward to when it is.
