Trackmania Nations Forever or Trackmania 2 Stadium? - Your opinion

I don't know what is better for online multiplayer. Trackmania Nations Forever or Trackmania 2 Stadium? Polish YouTubers mostly records Nations and United Forever. But Nations Forever has Freezone and United costs 30$. TM Forever Exchange has 490 thousands maps while TM2 Stadium workshop 16 thousands. I don't like most of Trackmania 2 Stadium servers beacuse the most popular serves have fullspeed or too hard maps for me, or repeat one (or few) the same map over and over again (which I also disliked beacuse It's too hard). The servers I liked are not so popular, up to 20 persons. And one of them has Mario skinned maps. I have nothing to Mario but I prefer playing on non-skinned maps. There are channels, and I played on channels, but, eh, I'm not convinced to this right now. Probably beacuse there are mostly custom campaigns and other environments, not maps from Workshop.
The most enjoyable multiplayer I found is.... TrackMania Turbo on PS4. Yes, TM Turbo is alive, but on PS4, not PC.

I don't know what is better to online. What's your opinion about it?

you have found your answer yourself already.
If you don't want to spend money, stay with TMNF. But beware since this game is not supported anymore since longer time, same for TMUF.
Only Stadium in Maniaplanet gets support more or less.

And don't look at the Steam workshop only since this is not at all relevant for the Trackmania community.
You have cited http://tm-exchange.com for the older games, there is also http://trackmania-carpark.com/ for skins and mods.
The same also exists for Maniaplanet: https://tm.mania-exchange.com/ where there are more than 497.000 maps for Stadium (and other titles based on Stadium) and http://www.maniapark.com/ for skins for Trackmania as well as for Shootmania.

I played Mario Server again, and I changing my mind. I can play on whatever server, it just has to be Short. In TM2 Stadium I have 3 servers at favourites so maybe TM2 is recommendable for newbies

beacuse Nations Forever has Freezone and I didn't find enjoyable servers in TM2.

Now I realized that skinned server can be enjoyable and found few more short servers in TM2. Even bought Valley. So I prefer TM2 now but it can change when I will get United on summer sale.
