No Backglass artwork

I have a virtual pin cabinet with 3 screens. I have manually configured in settings and see the chasing outline on both the backglass and DMD monitors. When i load a table, playfield and DMD load correctly, however no backglass displays.. So far i've tried Trolls and Borderlands with no backglass on either showing

Unfortunately it looks like Zen is still making customers find their own back glass images. Yes, the back glass image is already in the game but for whatever reason @Akos and the team decided to not have it display in cabinet mode.

well that's kind of dumb.... what's the point of implementing a cabinet mode half assed? If the artwork is there already, why not use it?

While it was fairly easy to track down decently formatted backglass art for the tables that have already existed in FX3 for a while, for most of the newer FX tables I am stuck with whatever crappy image I was able to find relating to the title that I could squeeze neatly into the frame.

Zen's backglass art is pretty cool and would bring some uniformity and a sense of theme to to my cabinet when I'm running FX on it. It would be very much appreciated if Zen would provide their already existing backglasses for use in cabinet mode.

I'm still failing to understand how you can support a cabinet mode and provide the table and stand alone DMD but no backglass! Its already there! Common sense clearly wasn't behind the design of cabinet mode. Let's include all artwork for every thing in every mode of the game except the backglass in cabinet mode..... This blows my mind! That's like creating a new pin table and leaving out the playfield artwork

I don't get it either. It brings back memories of when Epic Games released Unreal Tournament 3 and forgot to add the lobby for multiplayer.

If they actually provided backglasses they would need to provide multiple versions or a nice way to resize them as not everyone has the same res monitors. I have uploaded a backglass for every current FX table in widescreen format to.....

VR + Virtual Pin-head Table owners are a huge miss for the game in terms of support; I hope someday they sort out the higher-end support with respect to the minority-user-base reasons. However at the same time having to re-buy all tables already and for as long as many of these have been with Zen... I hope they fill the gaps soon or they'll not hold the IP forever.
